NEC Unified Communications (UC) Suite – How to Set a Scheduled Presence

Using the NEC Unified Communications (UC) Suite that is integrated with the NEC Univerge SV9100 Telephone Communications Solution

  1. To schedule presence go to the arrow dropdown under your name/picture and choose the bottom option presence scheduler
  2. You may schedule up to 10 future events at a time
  3. Select new at the bottom
  4. Schedule your presence
  5. Add a subject and location (location not required)
  6. Select your presence and forward calls to mobile
  7. At this time you can choose to forward calls to voicemail and choose a pre-recorded greeting
  8. Set start date and time
  9. You have the option to check “at the end time apply the following settings, but this is not required
  10. If you do not choose to select this, it will remain “in a meeting,” until you manually change your presence
  11. Click ok and my presence is set to change itself
